Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said in an interview today that he was being divisive in his campaign because he wants to win.
“Well, I don’t think so, because you know, one by one they’re dropping out. I’m against — I was against 16 other candidates and, you know, I’m being divisive right now because I want to win,” Trump told George Stephanopoulos. “I know how to win. That’s what I have to do.”
Remember when right wingers accused Obama of being divisive (even though he wasn’t)? I guess being divisive is okay now.
